Why I do Jiu Jitsu: "I started Jiu Jitsu for self-defence and to stay fit. The more I trained the more addicted I became! Now I just get the urge to train. Its a great way to relieve stress because as soon as you enter the dojo you can just switch off from work and on for Jitsu. I also love the social aspect to the club and have met some great people since I started."
Other Interests: I really love knitting; I knitted my arm-warmers that you can in my photo. I also like spinning my own wool.
